Applicants Must:

• Be 14-18  years old

• Be willing and able to work outside in varying weather conditions,

• comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting 20-30 lbs

• Have reliable transportation to arrive on-time to work

• Be able to commit to the entire program

• Complete an in-person interview with Bright Spot Farm Staff Member

• Provide all necessary documentation in a timely manner
