What? Bright Spot Farms' new NeighborCare program, now accepting donations year round! NeighborCare is a 50% discount program for individuals/families receiving food assistance. Bright Spot uses NeighborCare donations to subsidize this generous discount to help our neighbors double their spending power! Our goal for 2019 is $2000 - a donation of any size goes a long way!

Who? Your gift will help a family in need access fresh produce. Families receiving food assistance (SNAP/ EBT or WIC) are eligible for the discount.

​

When/Where? Families will be able to purchase fresh produce grown locally by our youth at our four market locations in Wilmington and New Castle from May through October.

 

Why? Through NeighborCare, your gift works twice by helping a families in need while supporting employment and leadership training for young adults at Bright Spot Farms!

How? We welcome gifts of all levels to our NeighborCare Fund! Bright Spot Farms is a program of the West End Neighborhood House, so donations by check should be made out to the West End Neighborhood House (please mark NeighborCare in the memo).
